My First Day of Achievement for Reaching 10000 Steps @12/28/2020

I finally achieved my goal by reaching 10000 steps today. Walking ten thousand steps per day is one of my New Year’s resolutions. Before going out for a walk today, it was raining. Despite rainy days in California winter, I finished ten thousand steps through the rain, and it was refreshing. As of 7:45 p.m., it was 9,859 steps, but by walking up and down the stairs of my house for a while to complete ten thousand steps. I have trained myself for two weeks in advance, and there are three days left for 2020. Before 2021 comes, my job for the remaining three days to get my body in the optimal condition to complete the daily goal. Someone said that our bodies, especially muscles, are built through practice. If I train myself every day, it will be easier to reach ten thousand steps, just as it was a lot easier than yesterday without struggling to complete ten thousand steps. I am so proud that not only for reaching ten thousand steps but also for completing it in the pouring. Looks charming! These little successes will come together to make my life, and I will feel as happy as today in it.
